and a verry good pencil drawing at that. I like the hair. But the shading in the neck area closest to the hand on the left looks a little flat. It could maybe use a little more work It looks almost higher up in the picture plane than the hand that in front of it.

Practice and practice. each drawing no matter how good it is is just preperation for then next piece. Keep it up.
